What you need to do to experience the daily sensation of a SPATOILET®.

In the following four very clear steps we will describe our process, to let you know exactly how you can obtain a SPATOILET®, quickly and securely.

Step 1. Contact and ordering

You can always call us for further information on the installation of the SPATOILET®. You can order a SPATOILET® by completing the Order form, and we will quickly receive your necessary details. You will be sent an e-mail confirmation of this.

Step 2. Delivery

After you have placed your order, the SPATOILET® can be delivered to your door within two days, or at the latest within one week (within the Netherlands). There will be a delivery charge of € 7,38 for the Netherlands and for the rest of Europe it will be € 25,-.

Step 3. Payment

You can pay after delivery using the enclosed invoice. You can also pay in advance via internet banking; this will save you a €15,00 admin charge. Whether payment is made in advance or later, please always state your order number, which you will find in the confirmation e-mail or on the enclosed invoice.

Step 4. Installation

Anyone with a little DIY knowledge can easily install the SPATOILET, using the enclosed instructions. For those who would rather not do this, we work together with recognised installation specialists, who will install the SPATOILET® for you, quickly and professionally. If you would like to make use of this installation option, please indicate this on the order form. We will then contact you to arrange an appointment.
